1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Advance Revival ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Advance Revival provides credit repair, credit consultation, and related financial education services. These services are designed to help clients improve their credit scores and financial standing through legal and ethical means.

2. Services Provided

Advance Revival offers the following services:

  • Credit report analysis and review
  • Identification of inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information on credit reports
  • Preparation and submission of dispute letters to credit bureaus
  • Communication with creditors and collection agencies on your behalf
  • Credit education and financial literacy resources
  • Personalized credit improvement strategies
  • Ongoing monitoring and support throughout the credit repair process

3. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Compliance

Advance Revival operates in full compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. Under CROA, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your contract with us within 3 business days of signing, without any penalty or obligation.
  • No Advance Fees: We cannot charge you any fees until we have completed the services we promised.
  • Written Contract: You are entitled to a written contract that clearly explains your rights and obligations.
  • Truthful Representation: We will not make any false or misleading statements about our services or your credit situation.

Important Notice: You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.

4. Your Rights Under Federal Law

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, at no cost, by contacting the credit bureaus directly:

You may also obtain a free copy of your credit report once every 12 months from each of the three major credit bureaus by visiting www.annualcreditreport.com or calling 1-877-322-8228.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Advance Revival offers two pricing options:

  • One-Time Payment: $1,000 for complete credit transformation services
  • Payment Plan: $500 per month for 3 months (total: $1,500)

Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Section 6).

6. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our services with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you do not see meaningful improvement in your credit score within 90 days of starting our program, and you have:

  • Provided all required documentation in a timely manner
  • Responded to our requests for information within the specified timeframes
  • Followed our recommendations and guidance
  • Not engaged in activities that negatively impact your credit during the program

You may request a full refund of all fees paid. "Meaningful improvement" is defined as an increase of at least 20 points in your FICO score or the successful removal of at least one negative item from your credit report.

To request a refund under this guarantee, you must submit a written request to [email protected] within 90 days of your program start date, along with documentation showing your starting and ending credit scores.

7. Client Responsibilities

To maximize the effectiveness of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your credit history and financial situation
  • Respond promptly to requests for documentation or information
  • Review and sign all documents we prepare on your behalf
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information
  • Refrain from applying for new credit or making major financial decisions without consulting us first
  • Follow our recommendations for improving your credit habits
  • Maintain timely payments on all current obligations

8. Service Timeline and Expectations

Credit repair is a process that takes time. While we strive to achieve results as quickly as possible, the timeline for credit improvement varies based on individual circumstances. Factors that affect the timeline include:

  • The number and type of negative items on your credit report
  • The responsiveness of credit bureaus and creditors
  • Your cooperation in providing required documentation
  • Your adherence to our recommendations

Most clients see initial results within 30-60 days, with significant improvements typically occurring within 90 days. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or timelines, as credit bureaus and creditors have their own processes and response times.

9. Limitations and Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Specific Results: While we use proven strategies and work diligently on your behalf, we cannot guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report or a specific increase in your credit score. Results vary based on individual circumstances.

Accurate Information Cannot Be Removed: We can only dispute inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information. Accurate negative information that is properly reported cannot be legally removed from your credit report before its natural expiration date (typically 7 years for most negative items, 10 years for bankruptcies).

Not Legal Advice: Our services do not constitute legal advice. If you need legal representation, we recommend consulting with a qualified attorney.

Not Financial Planning: While we provide credit education and guidance, we are not financial planners or investment advisors. For comprehensive financial planning, please consult with a licensed financial professional.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. If you terminate services:

  • You will be charged for services rendered up to the termination date
  • You will not be entitled to a refund except as provided in our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
  • We will provide you with copies of all work completed on your behalf

We reserve the right to terminate services if you:

  • Fail to make required payments
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Fail to cooperate with our requests for information or documentation
  • Engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff

11. Confidentiality and Data Security

We take the security of your personal and financial information seriously. All information you provide is:

  • Stored securely using industry-standard encryption
  • Accessed only by authorized personnel who need it to perform services
  • Never sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as required to provide services or by law

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advance Revival shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your personal information
  • Any errors or omissions in our services
  • Actions or inactions of credit bureaus, creditors, or collection agencies

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which our principal place of business is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
